The service retrieves existing claims and evidence. It does not create, affirm, or publish substantive claims. The public pilot contains 100 source-derived claims selected from a canonical corpus of 5,033. Uncovered questions remain uncovered. Colloquium settlement claims are attributed to the validation process; substantive derivatives require exact Wulf A. Kaal affirmation.

The graph-release attestation target verifies a detached signature for one hash-bound public release only. It does not create, alter, publish, or affirm substantive claims.
